We have been baking some crispy buns this week, for the Christian Aid bake sale! We wrote some instructions and then made some yummy buns, we also decorated some tasty biscuits with lovely patterns! They were delicious!
This week, we have been looking at measure. We measured objects in the classroom using a ruler and we measured objects in the playground. We estimated them and then measured them. We had lots of fun!
On Tuesday 24th January, Class 3 went to Thackray Medical Museum. We dressed as Victorians and learnt all about their life. It was a lot of fun!
In Numeracy this week, we have been looking at the relationship between multiplication and division. We used information we already know to help us work out multiplication questions, and jottings to help with divisions. Here are just two pieces of excellent work from Class 3 this week!
In the Autumn term, Year 3 had been looking at the Stone Age. We painted a picture of Stone Henge, and used them for our 2017 calendars.
